In my spare time, I teach yoga…to teenagers, too

I wanted to bring together my love for teaching teens and practicing yoga, so this summer I did a four-week workshop ONLY FOR TEENS.  NO ADULTS ALLOWED.

You can read about it here at the web site of my friend, colleague, fellow mama, and all around awesome person, Jennifer.  While you are there, check out the workshop we will be co-teaching at Shine Yoga Center in November:  “Yoga in an Overwhelming World.”

I know I write about a lot of heavy, challenging topics.  Practicing yoga is my way of staying balanced and quieting my (very active) mind.

Thanks for reading!
