Morality Police

The NYT ran a piece this morning on the virginity testing of female police recruits.  This issue is worth watching as it gets more and more press.

Maybe this is a foolish or tired question, but aren’t we all aware by now that some women are born without hymens, and some hymens break during non-sexual activity like horseback riding?

    1. Sigh. Apparently not. I wish the hymen didn’t carry so much currency. Or carry none.

  2. More absurdity. What century is this? At least this story is getting some light shed on it. I shudder to think of all that goes unreported…
